ETI-SD Compact Batch Processing Laser Module
Our JEDEC-compatible Batch Processing Laser Module integrates Keyence MD-U and MD-X Lasers for high speed & high quality laser processing in an ultra compact footprint. ETI-SD's tray-handling automation enables hands-free operation with long walk-away times.
ETI-SD parts trays are easily tailored to a variety of product geometries and sizes. New trays can quickly be created as product lines grow and evolve. Our machine-readable trays can be serialized for process tracking and reporting. Machine-readability enables the system to automatically select the correct laser recipe for each tray, including mixed-product tray stacks.
Multiple Laser systems can be concatenated to increase throughput or add different lasers for products requiring multiple wavelengths. ETI-SD Loader/Stacker modules can be added for expanded capacity and longer walk-away times. This module is fully compatible with our compact automation line to expand functionality and capabilities.
